Founder of Pool Doctor, Robert brings generations of pool knowledge and a hands-on approach to
every project. From installations and renovations to maintenance and repairs, if it involves a pool or
spa — Pool Doctor has it covered.

Rich Pasquale
Rich Pasquale entered the pool industry in college, working part-time at a pool and supply retailer.
That experience led him into construction and 25 years ago, to co-found Pool Doctor with his
brother. Today, he brings decades of hands-on expertise to projects across New Jersey, Staten Island,
and Brooklyn
Michael Matarazzo
Nearly 20 years ago, Michael helped expand Pool Doctor beyond just building pools; creating
a full-service company that supports every step of ownership, from maintenance to renovations to smart automation.
